the food was delicious with many options. i especially liked the variety offered each day. the kids club had an amazing program that my children really enjoyed. the hotel has a very big, green territory perfect for families.
The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. this made the room uncomfortable. The mini bar was not always refilled. i had to call to get coffee sachets. The waterslides had height restrictions, kids under 120 cm could not use them. the kids pool was very cold.

The meals offered a wonderful variety. I especially appreciated the homemade options. The green area surrounding the hotel created a relaxing atmosphere. I found the beach and sea to be clean.
The room looked somewhat worn. Paint drips were visible on the wall. The tiles near the pools were very slippery.

The beach was very clean and included lots of sun beds. The food quality was REALLY good and staff REALLY helpful. I enjoyed the mini clubs and disco.
The air conditioning was not very effective AS it seemed to be centrally controlled, and turned off late at night, making the rooms too hot.
